Most computer training leaves you more confused than when you started. I built my business the opposite way.

I have thirty years of experience in computer software training and support. I have worked with hundreds of small businesses and watched the same mistakes and the same fixes repeat across different tools and different technologies. The software changes. The mistake rarely does.

I am a small business owner myself. I only recommend the software I use and trust in my own business, for marketing, accounting, communication, document creation and everyday productivity. I sell no licences and earn nothing from any product I recommend, so my advice stays independent.

My work covers the full range of what your business needs from the technology you already own. I help you decide what actually matters from tools like Microsoft 365 and Copilot, fit them to the way your team works, set them up properly, and train your people on the parts that change their day. I do not teach everything a tool can do. I teach what you need and nothing you do not.

Artificial intelligence is part of everything I do, from the software I recommend to the training I deliver and the systems I build for you.

You do not need to know everything your software can do. You need the handful of things that fix your actual day.
